SENIOR ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

Im a real estate salesperson – the professional term for a property agent in Singapore.
I’ve helped a number of clients in their property decisions.
Whether buying or selling their HDB flat, deciding between a new launch or a resale condominium apartment, or turning a large lot into multiple landed homes, I’ve done deals across the island, with singles, couples, families, and even developers.
Who am I outside of real estate?
I’m determined, competitive, a team player, and I do well under high pressure.
But I wasn’t always so.
Despite being young, I’ve gone through many ups and downs and life was never truly smooth sailing for me. If you know me personally, you will know my story.
"Stop complaining about how unfair the world is.
It doesn't care. Adapt or be left behind.
Your success is your responsibility. No one else's."
This really resonated with me, to push me through the hard times.
As the oldest of six, I look at my siblings, and I feel the weight of responsibility on my shoulders. It’s on me to set a good example. To show them what can happen with hard work. I decided to always be the best in my field.
When I enrolled into National Service and was put into SCDF, I chose to be a firefighter. It allowed me to make a difference, to save lives, and to help people. At the same time, I learned to handle myself in life-and-death situations, and to support my squad effectively, life lessons that I hold till today.
At 21, just like any other guy, Counter-Strike was my vice. It was a mix of strategy, speed, adrenaline, competition – winning against the odds.
I wanted to play games for a living, and an organisation saw the talent and potential that I had. They approached me, and I went pro at the age of 24.
In competition, just like life, there are people who will be better. I celebrated every win, and used every loss as a reason to work harder.
I wasn’t raised a quitter.
So I copied my competitors’ cadence, mirroring their style, and studied the greats. I plotted strategies, led training sessions, and figured out the best ways to win.
The work paid off. My team ranked first in South-East Asia, and we were the among top 5 in Asia.
So why did I shift into real estate?
A bigger industry, a greater competition, to test myself and what I can do. To bring my determination and ambition somewhere that could lead to life-changing rewards.
I like to think of my clients as partners, and each partnership I’ve had has taught me different lessons.
One example?
Handling an 8-figure landed property deal in District 15.
I was thrown headfirst into deep waters, and I had to pick up new things extremely quickly. The process taught me things other transactions didn’t, and I’m thankful for the opportunity because I’ve grown to be an agent who can confidently address all your worries.
With the transactions that I’ve done, I’m confident in my ability to do the best for you. I already have the knowledge and the data to give you clarity, so you’re able to focus on making the decisions you need.
Beyond just achieving what you want, my goal is to help you see the bigger picture.
Sometimes, it takes a professional, looking in from the outside, to show you the options you didn’t know you have.
There are so many factors in real estate, because we’re not just talking about property, we’re talking about finances, the future, and the emotions of finding a home.
For me, a successful transaction isn’t just one where we close a deal. It’s one where we also grow from strangers to friends, from a cold client-agent relationship, to warm friendship, with mutual trust and respect.
My job, as your agent, is to help you.
Whether you’re looking for the next place to call home, or the right property that will fit well into your portfolio, I see real estate as more than just walls and a ceiling and a floor.
It is a safe space, a sanctuary.
It’s a place you call home.
If you’re looking for an agent who can help your move forwards and upwards in your real estate journey, I’m your guy.
Let’s work together, towards a win.
